The April 2006 festival known as Fest Forward: Hip-Hop Unbound held a series of performance workshops at New York University. New York University's Jack H. Skirball Center, whose explicit mission it is to actively engage young adult audiences through live performance, presented Fest Forward: Hip-Hop Unbound, a singularly expansive array of programs celebrating and re-examining 30 years of Hip-Hop as a cultural force, from April 3-15, 2006.
