Qool Marv caught the attention of the UK label Grand Central Records, after making a long-lasting impression on the New York club scene. He also did the spinning for Prince during a hiatus from performing that ended only recently with the star's "Wear Something Purple" tour. Now Grand Central has released "Grand Central Translation," Qool Marv's first mixed CD. This live set was recorded May 8, 2004 at Marv's "Buttamilk Party," at the Roadhouse in Manchester, England.
