


JIM FARMER
Composer
Jim Farmer, a composer who lives and works in New York City, scored the music to
Tom DiCillo's JOHNNY SUEDE. He has also composed music
and sound design for various TV and radio commercials including: The Gap,
Citibank, Armani, A&E, Lifetime, Kool Aid, Timex, Sony, MTV, Reebok and Fruitopia. Additionally he
has composed and sound designed various dance and off broadway theater projects.
A frequent collaborator with the Obie-winning The Ridge Theater, "Fragments of
Ridge" (1994) was his last project for them. Farmer has also written, directed
and composed music for four plays: "Frontier Halloween" (1992), "Pistols &
Stamens" (1993), "The
Savage Routine of Living" (1993), and "We Never Learn" (1994).
